2. Booking & Payments

• Consultation Fee: A standard fee of GH₵ 2,000 applies to both virtual and in-person consultations. This fee must be paid in full to secure your slot.
• Payment Confirmation: All payments are processed through Paystack. You will receive a transaction reference which is required for any rescheduling requests.
• Down Payments: For bespoke couture projects initiated after consultation, a down payment (typically 50% of the total cost) is required before work commences.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you have a valid Paystack reference. Rescheduling should ideally happen at least 24 hours before the original slot.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend an appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel entirely, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss potential partial refunds or credits, though standard consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the slot is secured.

4. Bespoke Process

Our bespoke tailoring involves meticulous craftsmanship. Timelines for production (concept, illustration to final stitch) will be discussed during your consultation. Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned due to their uniquely tailored nature.

5. Ethical Standards

We pride ourselves on exceptional artistry and professional conduct. We expect respectful communication from our clients and reserve the right to refuse service for unprofessional behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and illustrations provided by Kenneth Tetteh remain the intellectual property of the brand unless otherwise agreed in writing.
